LassiterWare received 2016 Safeco Insurance Make More Happen Award and $5K donation to Deliver the Difference!
Community Partnerships “Make More Happen”
LassiterWare earned the Spring 2016 Safeco Insurance® Make More Happen Award for its community work with Deliver the Difference. And they were the only Florida Agency to be recognized!
As a result, Deliver the Difference received a $4,000 donation plus an additional $1,000 that was the outcome of public voting in the online Make More Happen Contest. The check was presented to Deliver the Difference Tuesday, June 7.
LassiterWare was selected for the Make More Happen Award based on a photo and application demonstrating its commitment to Deliver the Difference, which serves locally, nationally and internationally by empowering people to break the cycle of poverty through life skills and nutrition.
“We have a great program, but without community partners like LassiterWare, we can’t do what we do. They are the people that make a difference. Looking forward to future endeavors,” says Bob Bostic, Deliver the Difference Founder. “Our goal as an agency includes giving back to the communities we serve every single day. It’s a blessing to have such amazing partners like Safeco who feel the same. We are excited to continue making positive impacts throughout all six of our office locations,” added Doug Childers, LassiterWare CEO/President.
