We are looking for Commercial Lines Business Account Managers to work from any of our locations (Tampa, Orlando, Leesburg). We offer alternate and hybrid work schedules with a competitive compensation package. This position provides support to the agent advisor, their team, and our clients with service needs for both existing accounts and new business. A valid Florida 2-20 license is required. Minimum of 1+ years insurance agency experience is preferred. AMS360 experience a plus, but not required. LassiterWare was voted one of Orlando Sentinels Tops Work Places of 2022!

Personal Lines Producer – Leesburg

The Personal Lines Producer will be responsible for producing and marketing new personal lines business as well as aiding clients with their service needs. A valid Florida 2-20 or 20-44 license is required. Minimum of 2+ years insurance agency experience is preferred. Knowledge of E&S products and experience with AMS360 is a plus. Hybrid and alternate work schedules are available.

Employee Benefits Senior Account Executive – Leesburg, Tampa or Maitland

Unique opportunity to join our Employee Benefits Team and a workplace culture valued by its employees. The Senior Account Executive is responsible for providing prompt, accurate and courteous support to employee benefit clients and coworkers. Position responsibilities include complete managing, servicing, and marketing all employee benefit lines with numerous carriers. A valid Florida 2-15 or 2-18 license is required. Minimum of 3+ years insurance agency experience is preferred. AMS360 experience a plus, but not required. LassiterWare was voted one of Orlando Sentinels Top Work Places of 2022.

Associate Account Manager – Commercial Lines – Tampa, Orlando, or Leesburg Office

The Associate Account Manager supports the Business Account Manager as part of the Agent Advisor’s team. This position is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for career growth opportunities. Duties include processing certificates, endorsements, loss run requests, etc. A valid Florida 2-20 or 4-40 license is required. Minimum of 1 year insurance agency experience is preferred. AMS360 experience a plus, but not required.
